Cari Luongo has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years. In 1989 she began working for a title company in the customer service department and quickly advanced to the position of title officer. As a title officer Cari had the responsibility of ensuring that properties were legally transferred from seller to buyer.
In 2002 Cari transitioned to the lender side of the industry working as a home mortgage consultant for two top lenders, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. During her years as a consultant she assisted clients in obtaining financing for their real estate transactions.
Over the years as Cari personally purchased and sold multiple properties she became more and more interested in the Realtor side of the transactions. In 2014 she became a Realtor® and hasn’t looked back. With her in-depth background of title and lending, she has a true knowledge of all aspects of the real estate transaction.
